Activate the gold ornament on the east side to turn on another fan and ride the air currents up through the western hole. Grab the Oocca and use the gust of wind in the room's center to float to the other side and then through the hole in the wall to the north. Subsequently, grab an Ooccoo and drift over the fan's gust to reach the door right across from you. Then Clawshot onto the ornament looking switch on the alcove's ceiling to activate a fan in the center of the room. Use the Clawshot to latch onto the high vines to the south and climb up to it. Kill the two lizards in this room to open an alcove above. Make sure to time your jumps to avoid the gusts from below and keep an eye out for the creatures hiding beneath the floor tiles (remember to use your boomerang to get rid of them). Now just cross the room over to the southwest door.
